When Should You Contact an Appellate Attorney?
If you want to challenge a court order, it’s important to learn your options as soon as possible. For many cases, you have 30 days to file an appeal, but for some the deadline is shorter, and it’s not always obvious whether an order is even appealable or when the clock starts running.
